History

Years of experience in project management in the construction industry has seen the Directors of TH1NK Project Management place a heavy emphasis on getting the right people for the right job all focussed on the same goal. TH1NK Project Management has a great balance in staff and contractors with expertise and experience being paramount in the recruitment process. TH1NK Project Management boasts an extensive list of high quality contractors that are well briefed on the expectations of TH1NK Project Management and share the same goal of delivering results.

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Company Director and Owner of TH1NK Project Management Matthew Bourke has over 16 years of extensive experience within the industry as a Certified Builder and currently holds an LBP license. Matthew's role has developed beyond the day to day hands on development to that of quality control and technical consultancy especially with regards to Project Management. Ascertaining the clients needs and the projects critical points are Matthew’s primary focus and attention. This is amply supported by his clear and in-depth understanding of the team approach and co-ordination required to complete projects (as per attached list of completed projects). It is further supported by his vast technical knowledge and experience on the trades, clients specific needs with exceptional attention to detail.
