Company Director and Owner of TH1NK Project Management Matt Bourke have over 16 years of extensive experience within the industry as a Certified Builder. He undertook his early education at Sacred Heart College in Glendowie & also holds a pre-trade qualification for carpentry. In addition, he is a qualified NZQA approved tradesman. Matt is a Licensed Building Practitioner (LBP) in Carpentry and Site 2 Co-ordination and Supervision.
He also holds a St Johns Ambulance Certificate, has attained his Site Safe Advanced Safety and Gold Card and is licensed in the operation of elevated working platforms and boom lifts. Matt's role has developed beyond the day-to-day hands on development to that of quality control and technical consultancy especially with regards to Project Management. Ascertaining the client’s needs and the projects critical points are Matt’s primary focus and attention. This is amply supported by his clear and in-depth understanding of the team approach and co-ordination required to complete projects (as per attached list of completed projects). It is further supported by his vast technical knowledge and experience on the trades, and client’s specific needs with exceptional attention to detail.

Joanna has been a part of the Th1nk team since inception. Joanna is a highly motivated and skilled business developer and marketer and has a wealth experience from her time in the tourism, hospitality and telecommunications industries. She has helped a number of businesses and brands by working through strategy and having a hands-on-approach. She has led and mentored teams and has a passion for developing people and leaders. Effectively using the marketing mix, and leveraging industry-wide relationships- Joanna is strategic, analytical, empathetic, insightful, and articulate and is keen to use her experience to drive businesses that she gets involved in to new heights. Joanna is extremely passionate about providing a great experience for our forever growing client base.

Satz is amongst the young & dynamic professionals of Th1nk. He holds a six years of varied experience in Construction Project Management. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering and also, a Graduate Diploma in Construction Project Management from prestigious Unitec Institute of Technology, Auckland. Satz comes with extensive experience of having worked in building / infrastructure projects all over New Zealand and is well conversant with international project management standards. During the course of his career he has executed residential, institutional, retail and commercial buildings. He is a strong team builder with good people management skills and the willingness and drive to take on large and complex assignments. Satz is responsible for Business Development, International Expansion, Team building, Client management and Strategic planning with a view to Th1nk undertaking new business ventures.

A team player, with a commitment to customer service, who possesses a long track record of working in various administrative roles, coupled with good computer skills and the ability to communicate confidently at all levels. She has a proven track record of accurately maintaining detailed records, generating reports, coordinating meetings, and multitasking within fast-paced atmospheres. She has a reputation for delivering a high quality, personal service to both junior and senior work colleagues.
Jennie skillfully manages a wide-range of office and sales support tasks, including accounts payable / accounts receivable and payroll processing. In addition, strong multitasking skills to manage customer service, data entry, invoicing, inventory control, returns processing, and purchasing.
